What We Do

Allis Roller is a contract manufacturer of precision machined parts and complex welded assemblies. Using the latest in lean manufacturing technology,

Allis Roller employs an arsenal of automated precision welders, lathes, grinders, balancing and hobbing/broaching equipment. With the addition of the MAZAK VTC-805G Vertical Machining Center, two new Doosan Puma TT2500SY CNC lathes with 3” dia – 12 foot bar feeders, two Smart Machine – NL3000BLM CNC live tool lathes – and 2 Barber Coleman Gear hobbers  and and the MAZAK Nexus 6800 Horizontal Machining Center, our facility is capable of providing world-class machining services using various types of steel and aluminum.

Our Promise to You

At Allis Roller, we promise to be quick to respond with a wholehearted commitment to quality parts. You will have our undivided attention, and we won’t let you down. We love what we do, so you can expect to be well taken care of at Allis Roller.

New Large Robotic Welding System

Allis-Roller continues to invest in new technology with its capital purchases; the latest asset added to the shop floor is our large robot welding system.  The machine consists of a total of (3) robotic arms; one for parts handling and two equipped with welding torches.  Part introduction to the robot is handled by a two station Ferris wheel; each station containing its own positioner to rotate parts within the welding cycle.  The system is also includes two automated parts loader trays which feed material to the part handler robot.

This system enables Allis to take tube “cores” and weld varying designs of brackets to the outside diameter in infinite linear and angular combinations depending on customer requirements.  Having two robot arms allows simultaneous welding on opposite sides of brackets which improves part quality and decreases cycle times.  The robot can handle weldments up to 1,100 lbs., 170” in length and maximum diameter of 14”.
