Allis-Roller’s cellular machining environment includes modern CNC equipment which allows us to manufacture precision parts with short lead times.

The machining at Allis Roller includes:

• Turning
• Milling
• OD Grinding
• Hobbing
• Broaching
• CMM

Capabilities Included:

• 5 VMC’s – table size to 21.6" x 51.1" x 25.0" in “Z”
• 16 CNC lathes – 14 new since 2005 – 4 with live tooling – thru spindle capacity to 6.5” diameter
• 3 Toyoda CNC Grinders – up to 16" dia. x 40” long.
• 3 hobbing machines – capacity to 16” dia. x 56” long
• 2 Broaching – 15 ton x 60" & 72” stroke
• Large manual lathes up to 10 feet long
